Meet Serena Francis
Serena Hudson Francis Ukoima is a development professional and consultant with over a decade’s worth of experience in human-capacity building.
 
She is a BUILDER; dedicated to building Young Leaders and Impact Based Organisations.

 

Serena deploys her gifts via training, public speaking, business development and project management; helping trainees & mentees become better versions of themselves and building organizations dedicated to building people.
Serena is the Founder / Team Lead of SuperWoman Organization, a social-impact organization that builds and celebrates young female changemakers in Africa since 2012.

My Work at SuperWoman Organisaion
Serena Francis has been dedicated to fostering women’s development in Africa through SDG 4 & 5. 
 
Via SuperWoman Organisation, she has impacted over 7000 women collectively. Her team has delivered free skills training  to 12 communities in Rivers State Nigeria, offered free digital skills training online and celebrated 200 Next Generation Female Leaders through their SuperWoman Under 30 Awards Project.
 
 
Serena is the Convener of SuperWoman Under 30 Awards; a brain child of The SuperWoman Organisation that spotlights and celebrates Next Generation Female Leaders under the age of 30, who are creating positive impact in their different fields of expertise

Serena Francis is a business development and digital marketing trainer who served as a member of the Meta Trainers Network from 2018 to 2021; training over 4000 entrepreneurs under the Meta Boost project.

Serena Francis is a United States Government Exchange Alumna who became a fellow of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2024. In the same year, she became a coalition partner of the United Nations Girls Education Initiative (UNGEI) joining forces with other young changemakers to promote girls education in Nigeria.

Serena currently serves on the management team of Infusion Lawyers; an intellectual property (IP) & technology law firm for the knowledge economy and the digital age. 

Due to her passion and experience in fostering human capacity development, Serena is affiliated with top brands such as; Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC), Meta Nigeria, Rabbington Media, YALI, African Women in Leadership (AWLO), Boundless Pay, Infusion Lawyers, TedX University of Port Harcourt, The United States Department of State, The U.S Consulate Lagos, United Nations Girls Education Initiative, to mention a few…

Serena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Development studies from Quantum Business School, Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership in Civic Engagement certificate from the Louisiana State University.
