Meet Serena Francis
Serena Hudson Francis Ukoima is a development consultant with over a decade’s worth of experience in human-capacity building, mentorship, women’s development and non-profit management.
 
 
She is a builder that takes pride in building young African leaders and impact based organisations. 
Serena is a Non Profit Executive; the Founder & Executive Director of SuperWoman Organisation; a social-impact organization that trains and develops next generation female leaders in Africa since 2012.

My Work at SuperWoman Organisaion
Serena Francis has been dedicated to fostering women’s development in Africa through SDG 4 & 5. 
 
Under her leadership, SuperWoman has impacted over 7000 women and teens in Nigeria through 3 flagship projects; Project Girl Power Africa, The SuperWoman Under 30 Awards and The SuperWoman Leadership Academy. 
 
Serena and her team provide free vocational and digital literacy training for young women in undeserved communities helping them become self employed and financially independent. 
 
 
Serena is the Convener of SuperWoman Under 30 Awards; a brain child of The SuperWoman Organisation that spotlights and celebrates Next Generation Female Leaders under the age of 30, who are creating positive impact in their different fields of expertise

As an L&D (Learning & Development) professional, Serena  served as a member of the Facebook Trainers Network from 2018 to 2021; training over 4000 entrepreneurs under the Meta Boost project; directly impacting about 15,000 people over the lifespan of her 14years career. 
 
Serena currently serves on the senior management team of Infusion Lawyers; an intellectual property (IP) & technology law firm where she overseas the operations and affairs of the team.
 
Serena Francis is a United States Government Exchange Alumna with Leadership Certifications from the U.S Department of State. She also bags an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management, a B.Sc. in Accounting, a Business Development Training from Quantum Business School and a Non-Profit and Leadership in Civic Engagement certifications from the Louisiana State University.
She is currently in training for a diploma at Kenneth Hagin’s Rehma Bible Training Centre. 
 
She is a member of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association of Nigeria (MWFAAN), a coalition partner of the United Nations Girls Education Initiative (UNGEI),  and member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), where she collaborates with global leaders to exchange insights, shape organizational leadership practices, and influence policy on a global scale.
 
Serena is affiliated with organisations such as; Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC), Meta Nigeria, Rabbington Media, Young African Leadership Initiative YALI, African Women in Leadership Organization (AWLO), Boundless Pay, Infusion Lawyers, TedX University of Port Harcourt, The Mandela Washington Fellowship, The United States Department of State, The U.S Consulate Lagos, The U.S Embassy Abuja, United Nations Girls Education Initiative (UNGEI), Gender Education Initiative (GEI), UNICEF,  to mention a few…
 
Serena Francis is a transformational leader,
